Fred Davis, MD-President & Co-Founder
Dr. Davis is a nationally recognized Pain Management specialist whose expertise encompasses a broad range of pain disorders. Dr. Davis received his medical degree in 1977 from Rush University College of Medicine in Chicago. He completed his post-graduate internship in Arizona at Tucson Hospitals Medical Education Program, and then completed his residency in anesthesia at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Dr. Davis' Board certifications include the National Board of Medical Examiners in 1978, a diploma from the Board of Anesthesiology in 1988, and diploma from the American Academy of Pain Management in 1989. Mark Gostine, MD-Vice President & Co-Founder
Dr. Gostine is a nationally recognized Pain Management specialist whose expertise encompasses a broad range of pain disorders. Dr. Gostine received his medical degree in 1978 from Wayne State University's School of Medicine in Detroit. He completed his post-graduate internship at Wayne State University, and then became a resident anesthesiologist at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He completed his Fellowship in Pain Management at the Kansas City Consortium. Dr. Gostine's Board certifications include National Board of Medical Examiner (Parts I, II, III), a diploma from the American Board of Anesthesiology in 1988, a diploma from the American Academy of Pain Management in 1988, and diploma from the American Academy of Pain Medicine in 1990. Cyndy Walsh - CEO
Cyndy has over twenty years experience in healthcare management. Her areas of expertise have been in long-term care, rehabilitation and chronic pain management. Over the past few years Cyndy has done extensive research and program development to support delivery of care in the changing healthcare market. Her focus has been on creating managed care delivery models with the information systems to manage utilization, clinical quality and financial risk.

Tim has over fourteen years of experience in marketing and sales. His areas of expertise have been in the marketing of continuum care retirement communities as well as full time Pain Management practices. His range of focus has encompassed everything from start up communities to re-engineering marketing and sales strategies.

Research and Systems Development
Rebecca has over thirteen years of experience directing
healthcare services and developing clinical program
systems. Her diversified clinical experience in the
areas of oncology, endoscopy, general medical-surgical
nursing, home care and wellness, provides her with the
knowledge to promote positive organizational growth and
process improvement. |

Mark Bertilrud,
Executive Director
Mark is responsible to coordinate the operations of existing offices
with GLPC, SMPC & TCPC and the development of new locations in the eastern region of the company. He holds a degree in Healthcare Management with 18 years of experience in chronic care management and housing for seniors. His philosophy is based on creating relationships that focus on creating a first class experience for our patients. This includes our doctors, our administrative team and our clinical experts.

Tom Messink,
Excecutive Director
Tom is responsible for clinic operations, practice management, and
practice development to Michigan Pain Consultants’ six
clinical locations, and for leading the development and
implementation of expanded patient care services. The
practice is supported by a dedicated and highly
specialized team of physician assistants, nurse
practitioners, nurses, pain psychologists, physical
therapists, medical assistants, x-ray technicians and
front-office personnel who are critical to MPC’s
comprehensive approach to pain medicine. Tom’s
philosophy is also a Team approach to creating the best
possible patient experience. |

Jennifer Britten, CPC,
Director of Reimbursment & Administrative Services
Jennifer directs and supervises all workflow issues in support of reimbursement.
Additionally she sets procedures for
filing claims and monitors, evaluates and reviews to
ensure timely and accurate claims payment.
Utilizing her 10+ years of experience in the field of healthcare
reimbursement and credentials as a Certified
Professional Coder, Jennifer provides ongoing education
to both physicians and staff regarding coding and
compliance issues and works with local payers and
professional organizations to keep Procare Network
involved in resolution of current issues facing
physician offices in regards to documentation and
billing.

Information Officer
Gil has 20 years experience in healthcare IT. With both technical
and executive background, his areas of expertise include
network design, systems implementation and the alignment
of IT and business strategies. Gil has a passion for
process improvement through the thoughtful
implementation of leading edge technology. He has a
Master’s degree in Information Technology management and
has been working with ProCare since 1997. |
