Fred Davis Fred Davis, MD
President & Co-Founder

Dr. Davis is a nationally recognized Pain Management specialist whose expertise encompasses a broad range of pain disorders. Dr. Davis received his medical degree in 1977 from Rush University College of Medicine in Chicago. He completed his post-graduate internship in Arizona at Tucson Hospitals Medical Education Program, and then completed his residency in anesthesia at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Dr. Davis' Board certifications include the National Board of Medical Examiners in 1978, a diploma from the Board of Anesthesiology in 1988, and diploma from the American Academy of Pain Management in 1989. Mark Gostine Mark Gostine, MD
Vice President & Co-Founder

Dr. Gostine is a nationally recognized Pain Management specialist whose expertise encompasses a broad range of pain disorders. Dr. Gostine received his medical degree in 1978 from Wayne State University's School of Medicine in Detroit. He completed his post-graduate internship at Wayne State University, and then became a resident anesthesiologist at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He completed his Fellowship in Pain Management at the Kansas City Consortium. Dr. Gostine's Board certifications include National Board of Medical Examiner (Parts I, II, III), a diploma from the American Board of Anesthesiology in 1988, a diploma from the American Academy of Pain Management in 1988, and diploma from the American Academy of Pain Medicine in 1990. Cyndy Walsh Cyndy Walsh
Chief Executive Officer

Cyndy has a degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and over thirty years experience in healthcare management. Cyndy has done extensive research and program development to support delivery of care in the changing healthcare market. She has focused on creating patient care delivery models using information systems to manage utilization, clinical quality, and financial risk.

Cyndy is one of the founding partners and CEO of our parent company, ProCare�?Systems. She has led the management team in the development and execution of innovative business and clinical operating systems with a focus on using key clinical and practice performance indicators to manage an organization.

 
Tim Buursma Tim Buursma
Executive Vice President of Corporate Development

Tim has over 20 years of both management and marketing/sales experience. His focus has been on operational excellence, service to clients/customers and business growth and development. Tim received his degree from Hope College in Holland, MI. He has developed proven systems to capture business performance measures on a timely basis which allow managers and marketing departments to make informed strategic business decisions.

 
Rebecca Risko Rebecca Risko, RN, BSN,
Director of Research and Systems Development

Over 10 years ago, Rebecca took on the newly created role of Director of Systems Development and Research for ProCare�?Systems, our parent company. She has provided leadership for several clinical initiatives focused on quality of care, patient satisfaction, staff education, and regulatory compliance as well as business projects related to purchasing and facilities.

As a director for ProCare�?Research, Rebecca brings strong organizational and project management skills to the team. Rebecca has a bachelor's degree in nursing from Grand Valley State.

 
Jennifer Britten Jennifer Britten,
Chief Operating Officer

Jennifer has over 15 years experience in operational management as well as revenue cycle management.  Jennifer has developed and implemented successful operational and administrative systems throughout the ProCare�?Systems Network.  Jennifer has over 12 years experience in the field of healthcare reimbursement and is a Certified Professional Coder. 

 
Chris Cubbage Chris Cubbage
Chief Information Officer

Chris has over 20 years experience in Information Technology. He combines a high level of technical expertise with a strong management background. He understands the importance of a solid IT infrastructure as well how IT aligns with business strategies. Chris has a Master's degree in Information Technology from Grand Valley State University.

 
Michael Batts Michael Batts
Chief Finance Officer

Michael has an MBA from Western Michigan University and 10 years experience in a senior financial management role. He brings expertise in business planning and forecasting, cash management, financial reporting, risk management, and key relationships with financial institutions.
