In 1994, Dr. Davis and Dr. Gostine formed ProCare Systems, an organization dedicated to the development of pain management programs for either institutions or physician practices. The two physicians have a combined total of over forty years of full-time pain management and rehabilitation experience. Both are Board Certified in Anesthesia and Pain Management. ProCare Systems administrative team is headed by CEO Cyndy Walsh. Her team includes several other experienced healthcare administrative and clinical staff.

Over the years, ProCare Systems has built a thriving network of pain management centers. As the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services publishes more monographs on the importance of adequate pain management, these services will be required in a competitive high-touch, lower-tech environment under managed care or fee-for-service.
